The design of the flexible floating decanting tanks is the result of a large and long experience in the anti-pollution fight, acquired in close contact with high level authorities, in France as well as in foreign countries. It is also the result of a realistic conception of the real users'needs and of what the manufacturers could actually provide. Uses:
The flexible floating decanting tanks have been designed as "giant inflatable rafts" and as "inflatable tankers". They can therefore have many uses, apart from recovering oilspills, like :
- lightening oil-tankers when they suffer and damage, or before entering in the harbour
- transportation of living fishes in their own element, between a trawler and a fish processing ship
- transportation of any low-density stuff.
